Choose a rival organization currently revealed to you by an active casting of Competitive Intelligence. You disclose one piece of information gained from that casting to a party of your choosing — the press, an investor, a mutual customer, the target’s own employees. The target organization must succeed on a Discovery saving throw to trace the leak back to you before the information causes it to act.

On a failed save, the target is compelled to react to the leaked information immediately, whether or not doing so is actually in its interest — rushing a launch, issuing a denial, restructuring around a plan that was never confirmed. On a successful save, the target correctly traces the leak back to you instead, and gains a Windfall of political capital, spendable to cast an offensive spell of its own against you at no cost.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you may leak the information to multiple parties simultaneously.
