You create a permanent, standing divination that answers any question about your organization’s future performance with near-perfect accuracy, provided the question concerns a pattern that has held true in your organization’s past. Once created, this spell requires no further action to consult: you simply know the answer, the way you know your own name.

This spell cannot answer any question about a genuinely novel situation, and — critically — cannot tell you when a situation has become genuinely novel. Its answers remain confident, precise, and wrong for an unpredictable period of time before anyone notices, during which every decision made using this spell compounds the error.

At Higher Levels. This spell does not become more accurate at higher levels; it only becomes more trusted.
