Your organization becomes immune to all collection attempts, lawsuits, and further Indemnification claims for the duration. All Amortized Loss and outstanding severance damage owed is suspended, not forgiven — it resumes accruing, with interest, the instant this spell ends. While it remains active, you may compel any single creditor to accept a Reorganization Plan of your choosing in place of what they are actually owed; a creditor may attempt a Discovery saving throw to identify and object to a plan that pays them meaningfully less than promised, but even a successful objection only delays the plan — it does not restore the original terms.

This spell does not protect any individual executive from personal liability incurred through fraud, and does not stop the Insolvent condition from being publicly known.

At Higher Levels. This spell’s protection is total regardless of slot level; a higher slot only shortens how long confirmation takes.
