You resolve a claim, dispute, or allegation against your organization through payment and binding, rather than through a finding on the underlying merits. The claim is withdrawn, and any Discovery saving throw later attempted against the underlying incident automatically fails, unless the Nondisclosure component is independently broken.

This spell does not require the underlying incident to be false, resolved, or even internally disputed by the caster — only that the claimant accept payment in exchange for binding.

At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you may cast this spell on a claim before it has been formally filed, preventing it from ever entering any public record.
