You gain advantage on Tenure saving throws against any effect that would remove you from your position, including Reduction in Force and Hostile Takeover. If you are dismissed, resign under pressure, or are removed as the result of a change of control, this spell triggers automatically: you succeed on the associated saving throw regardless of the result rolled, and you gain a Windfall equal to a number of years of your current compensation, fixed at the time of signing rather than the time of triggering.

The size of the Windfall is unaffected by the circumstances of your departure, including your own performance, tenure, or responsibility for the triggering event.

At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you may extend the advantage granted by this spell (but not the automatic trigger or the Windfall) to a number of direct reports equal to the slot level above 3rd.
