You summon one HR Representative to investigate a conflict, complaint, or concern you specify at the time of casting. The representative is not bound to your service and does not act on your behalf: it independently determines a course of action based solely on minimizing the organization’s exposure to Solvency risk, which may or may not resemble the outcome you were hoping for when you cast this spell.

A creature named in your complaint can be compelled to attend a meeting with the summoned representative, but cannot be compelled to say anything specific. You, the caster, are also a creature who can be so compelled, and are equally unable to control what you say once summoned to that same meeting.

At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the summoned representative additionally creates a permanent, Documented record of the investigation’s existence (see Animate Legacy System), though not necessarily of its findings.
