You impose a new set of rituals, titles, and terminology on your organization’s existing work, without altering the underlying scope, staffing, or deadlines of that work. Roles are renamed, meetings are renamed, and work units are renamed.

For the duration, all affected creatures report feeling more aligned and efficient, but no measurable change occurs to the organization’s actual output velocity, which was already a made-up unit before this spell was cast.

The spell’s duration ends automatically, without the caster’s input, the first time the organization faces a deadline it cannot meet through renaming alone. At that point, all affected creatures revert to their prior processes exactly, but keep the new titles.

At Higher Levels. This spell does not become more effective when cast using a higher-level slot.
