Touch one willing Contractor. The Contractor is transformed into a full-time employee, gaining benefits, equity, and a permanent budget line, and losing the ability to unilaterally end the engagement without a notice period.

The Contractor retains all institutional knowledge, relationships, and skills accumulated during its time as a Contractor, making this spell notably more efficient than Conjure Headcount for filling the same role — a fact rarely factored into the decision of which spell to cast in the first place.

At Higher Levels. This spell either succeeds on one creature or it doesn’t; there is no higher-level version of converting somebody more.
