You transmute your organization out of existence. Every remaining Legacy Servant is destroyed simultaneously, without requiring a System Sunset or Total Rewrite and without dealing damage to any dependent system — nothing remains to depend on it. Every employee’s position ends at once; unlike Reduction in Force, no successful saving throw redeploys a creature to a reduced role or a different team, since no team remains to receive them.

Your remaining Runway, if any, is distributed to creditors and equity holders in a fixed priority order that cannot be altered by this casting. A creditor further down the order receives nothing if the distribution is exhausted before reaching them, regardless of the size or validity of their claim.

Any Golden Parachute, D&O Insurance, or Indemnification already in effect at the time of casting continues to resolve exactly as though the organization still existed, with the Liquidating Trustee standing in as counterparty. A Nondisclosure remains binding on any creature it affected, whether or not an organization still exists to enforce it.

This spell cannot be uncast. There is no equivalent spell to bring a dissolved organization back into existence — only its name, trademarks, and remaining intellectual property can be acquired by an unrelated party, through an ordinary purchase rather than any spell in this collection.
