You recast an expired Reorg or Voss’s Flattened Hierarchy on the same target at full effect, without diagnosing what caused the original casting to lapse. No saving throw is required from any creature who already succeeded against the original casting — success against this spell does not carry over from the last one, on the theory that the underlying condition has changed since then.

This spell can be cast on the same target an unlimited number of times, at unlimited expense, provided each casting is preceded by a new engagement letter.

At Higher Levels. This spell does not become more effective when cast using a higher-level slot, and the consulting fee does not decrease with familiarity.
