You convert your organization’s entire ownership structure into liquid capital in a single enormous casting. You gain a reserve of temporary resources called a Windfall, equal to 100 times your caster level, which can be spent freely to cast any other spell in this collection without expending a spell slot, once, at any point in the next 180 days.

Once cast, your organization’s Runway, Blamelessness score, and the Documented status of all its records become visible to any creature who wishes to inspect them, permanently, for as long as the organization exists. You also lose a protection you may not have known you had: any creature holding a sufficient stake in your organization may cast Activist Campaign or Hostile Takeover against you without first needing to identify you as a competitor.

This spell cannot be uncast. There is no equivalent spell to take an organization private again below 9th level.
