Duration: Until a shareholder vote is held or the target capitulates, whichever comes first

Choose one organization in which you hold a qualifying stake. You attempt to Charm Stakeholder every other shareholder of significant size simultaneously; each must make a Tenure saving throw, with disadvantage if the target’s Blamelessness score is low or its Runway is running out. On a failed save, that shareholder publicly sides with you.

If a majority of shareholders by value side with you, you may compel the target to take one action within its power — replace an executive, adopt a Reorg of your choosing, return capital to shareholders — as though you had cast the relevant spell on their behalf.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level, you may simultaneously target the target’s board directly with a Tenure saving throw to remove one seated member, in addition to the shareholder vote.
