You address every creature able to see or hear you as a group. Each must succeed on a Tenure saving throw or believe, for the duration, that the organization’s strategy is sound, that recent difficult decisions were necessary, and that the future is bright, regardless of any information available to that creature suggesting otherwise.

The effect ends early for an individual creature who receives direct, contradicting evidence during the duration — for example, a Reduction in Force affecting their own team.

This spell cannot be cast more than once per month without a cumulative penalty: each additional casting within the same month imposes disadvantage on its own saving throw’s effectiveness, as affected creatures begin discounting future All-Hands automatically.

At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the effect additionally suppresses a target’s desire to ask clarifying questions during the live Q&A portion. Written or anonymous questions submitted afterward are unaffected.
