You declare the room’s reception of a proposal, decision, or announcement to be positive and aligned, regardless of the reactions actually present during the meeting. Every creature who attended without objecting aloud is treated as having agreed, and becomes Misaligned: privately certain of whatever they actually understood the outcome to be, while the caster’s summary stands as the official record.

A creature who wishes to contest this spell’s effect must do so in writing before the summary is sent; an objection raised verbally during the meeting, no matter how clearly stated, does not count.

At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the summary may additionally be forwarded to a creature who was not present, who is then treated as having agreed as well.
