Choose one employee of a rival organization. That creature must succeed on a Tenure saving throw, made with disadvantage if their current organization has cast Reduction in Force, Burn Rate, or All-Hands against them more than once in the past year. On a failed save, the creature accepts your offer and Converts into your organization’s employee at the start of their next pay period.

The target organization does not automatically learn this spell was cast against them; a Bus Factor already in effect on the departing creature triggers normally regardless.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you may target one additional employee of the same rival organization, provided both accept within the same conversation (a Team Lift-Out).
