You send a message to a distribution list larger than you intended, revealing information — a confidential detail, an unfiltered opinion, a reply meant for one person — to every creature on the list simultaneously. Each recipient must succeed on a Tenure saving throw or feel compelled to reply, publicly, to the entire list; a majority of these replies address the distribution list itself rather than the original message (“please remove me,” “reply all,” “+1”).

Each reply is treated as a new casting of this spell, targeting the same list, for as long as the duration lasts. No creature on the list may unilaterally end the spell; it ends only when a creature with mailing-list administrative authority is reached and chooses to act, resolved as a Discovery saving throw made by the organization rather than by any individual targeted creature.

At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the original message may contain information otherwise protected by a Nondisclosure agreement, in which case the spell additionally forces a Discovery saving throw for the organization against its own confidentiality obligations.
